Yes. Telehealth services are available at your convenience. Sessions are conducted through TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Yes. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna/Meritain PPO, and Optum/UnitedHealthcare PPO. I am not in-network with any HMO plans at this time.
I am happy to verify benefits as a courtesy, though I recommend that you also contact your insurance provider directly to understand your coverage and potential costs.
Even if your insurance plan is not in-network, many plans still offer out-of-network coverage. A superbill can be provided upon request for submission to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

The initial clinical intake session and all ongoing therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes. In some cases, additional session length or add-on check-in sessions may be scheduled as needed.
Clients typically begin therapy on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on clinical needs and clinician availability. Session frequency can be adjusted over time.

I’m so glad you’re here! The first session is primarily a “get to know each other” conversation. I will ask about your current concerns and relevant history to better understand your needs and goals for therapy.
You’re also encouraged to ask questions. There’s nothing you need to bring—just yourself!

Scheduled appointment times are reserved for you. If you must cancel the appointment, 24 hours advance notice is required (giving me an opportunity to fill the time with another client). Please be advised that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed out-of-pocket and client will be required to pay $100. If you do not show to your appointment without notice, you will also be billed $100.
